Help with signing in
Your username and password
- An admin sets up your account and gives you a username and a temporary password.
- The first time you sign in, you choose your own password. It needs at least 12 characters and cannot be your username.
- Capital letters matter in your password, not in your username.
If you type the wrong password
- After 5 wrong passwords in a row, you cannot sign in for up to 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
- If you see "Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.", wait a few minutes and try again.
If you forget your password
You cannot reset it yourself. Ask an admin for a new temporary password, then choose your own when you sign in.
